I tried using the QR code from Sura Books in my book, and mostly it does open the material like it should. But sometimes it loads slowly, and a couple of times I had to scan it again for some reason. Maybe it’s my phone or network too, not sure, but it feels like it could be a little more stable. Overall it’s not bad, and when it works properly it’s actually helpful.

I thought the discounts would help, but wow, what a disappointment. The prices are still way too high, and the so-called deals barely make any difference. It just feels like all the excitement of getting a discount disappears the second you see the final total.

I reached out expecting at least some kind of response, but absolutely no one replied. It felt like my message vanished into a black hole. Frustrating experience

and unfortunately, the topics covered weren’t the ones I needed for my syllabus. I was hoping it would line up better with my course, but it just didn’t really fit what I was looking for

So I ended up double-checking a lot of things from other sources. It’s useful in some places, but i wouldn’t fully rely on it.

Checked twice and most of the books were still unavailable. Kinda frustrating when you need them fast.

My books showed up fine, but when I checked the invoice, it didn’t really match what I had ordered. The amount was different, and some of the item details seemed off, so I was a bit confused at first, like... did I miss something?

I ended up going back through my payment and order confirmation just to make sure. Support did reply, though it took a little while. The site itself is okay overall, but the invoice details really need to be more accurate because it made the whole thing feel less smooth than it should’ve.

I typed in the exact name of the book I was looking for and still got a bunch of random results. Sometimes search works okay, but this time it was way off and annoying to use...

I ordered a few school books from surabooks, and to be fair, the delivery came on time. I’ve always preferred buying school books in good condition because kids use them daily, so I was a bit disappointed when I saw the packing. The corners were bent and the cover had a few small scratches. It’s not a huge issue, but I personally feel school books should be packed more carefully. Hope they use stronger packaging next time

I tried using the site for a few minutes, but the navigation felt messy... I kept clicking around and still couldn’t find what I was looking for, so I just gave up.

The tracking info was there, but it barely updated, which was annoying as hell. I had to keep checking over and over like some idiot just to figure out where my order was. The books did show up in the end, so that’s fine, but the tracking definitely needs to get its crap together.

I got this book and the printing is not good. The pages was looking kind of faded, and the paper felt really thin like a cheap photocopy. For the price, I was expecting much better. I don’t think I will be ordering again unless they improve the paper and print quality.

The delivery was really slow. I kept checking for updates and it felt like it was barely moving. Frustrating when you’re waiting around and expecting it to show up sooner.
